Many thanks for the superior care your have furnished Bo over the years. I know it’s not easy to bathe a 125 lb. Alaskan Malamute with a mind of his own. Somehow you manage to get him looking like a champion. Bo doesn’t freak out when we get to your shop and he always comes home without any stress. I believe he actually likes coming to you. Bo was born in Atlanta, Georgia and spent his youth there. Thank you for turning him Hollywood!

Dear TLC,
WOW, what did you do to our cat? I almost didn’t recognize him. Roger (our cat of five years) disappeared a couple of weeks ago. When he finally reappeared yesterday, he looked like he’d been through a war. My wife said she had heard about TLC from a coworker and that you groomed cats as well as dogs. I wasn’t optimistic about the outcome, but agreed Roger should probably be groomed professionally. When we walked in with Roger the woman at the desk greeted us and politely told us it was too busy to get Roger groomed that day and we could schedule an appointment for the following day. While we were looking at the schedule, one of the groomers was looking at Roger. She insisted we leave Roger in her care that day...she would find a way to get him done. My wife just got home from picking Roger up, which brings me back to the beginning of my story....WOW, what did you do to our cat? HE LOOKS AMAZING! Even he knows how good he looks. Thank you for all your hard work. You certainly have a new customer.
